We had another 13 Celebration this past weekend!  This one was particularly meaningful as E is part of a family who without, I would not be who I am today.  I can’t imagine me my life, my day without them.  I told E that I feel like she is partially mine.  Just look at her, will you?!

We had so much fun at this gorgeous spot on Camano.  I’ve never been to Camano Island and I’ll definitely be going back!  It was beautiful!  We got to have our little ceremony overlooking the beach and water.

We also made an art project like we always do.  It’s always different for every girl but using the same method of picking a photo and then cutting it up into little squares and having everyone paint a square or two.

I love how every time people tell me they can’t paint and every time it turns out to be a great piece of art.  This time was no exception.  I love how strong this one was.

Another thing we always do is Henna.  It’s such a fun tradition which I think really goes with the whole concept of a 13 celebration.

My daughter is next and I can’t wait for her to be showered in love by all these amazing women in our lives.
