This. weekend. was. a. blast! The idea behind it was two fold; one – to see what it was like to run a photography tour and two- teach some of my friends, who’ve asked me how to use their cameras, what aperture, shutter speed, metering etc. mean. I think we all learned a lot!
Lessons in shutter speed – And a few trademark Seattle shots –
We found this dumpster with old Monorail wheels. So cool!
And just when we were talking about taking Portraits, this little cutie wandered into our path allowing a live lesson.
I was so surprised while editing this photo to see this in those shiny eyes –
Crazy, huh?!
We stayed at the Hyatt Olive 8, which was great and ate dinner at Barolo. Yum!
Thank you lovely ladies for such a great weekend!
Thanks for the great Photography Workshop, as you said it was a blast! I learnt alot and am looking forward to spending time behind my camera lens and taking amazing pictures.
I’m so proud of you, sis.
Thanks Muggs!
It was so nice to meet you Kathleen! So glad you came along.
next stop Ireland!!!! I love all the shots especially that wet bike seat. good for you!
Thank you for such an amazing weekend. I learned so much about my camera and what things are for. I used my camera without the flash at the play this weekend and was quite proud of myself. Thanks for everything.
[…] I had the good fortune of getting to review some of the material that Christiana was going to cover and if I owned a jet plane, I would have popped over to attend the Seattle Photography Tour in a heartbeat. Check out her blog to read more about their weekend: https://christianachilders.com/?p=1896 […]
