Ellie
Ellie girl. This is what we’ve called her since she was wee. This is my niece. Is she not beautiful?!! I’m so proud to call her mine. She will be graduating from Shorewood High School. I feel so lucky to be able to take her Senior Portraits!
Ellie has had a clear vision of who she is from a young age. I admire her very much! You will find her at a Woman’s March before you’d find her at the mall. You’d find her eating broccoli before you’d find her eating a burger. She’s strong but sweet. Brave and noble. It actually is no surprise to me that she’s a Senior as I’ve always felt like she is beyond her years!
Yet, despite her maturity, she’s not afraid to be silly. I love these shots of her and her friend climbing the trellis giggling as they tried to have “serious face”!
Even though she’s a Shorewood Thunderbird ? I asked her if she could come to one of my favorite spots for Senior Portraits – Kirkland Waterfront. It was actually a bit drizzly on the day but Ellie, as she does with everything, took it all in stride and, of course, looked even more adorable as her hair curled with the moisture in the air.
Ugh! I love her! Look at those eyes! And I love her little one-sided dimple! The cutest!
Ellie is going to be a doctor. She has wanted to be a doctor for as long as I can remember! I know she is going to be a blessing to many. She is busily looking for pre-med schools. I can’t wait to hear what school will snap her up!
Ellie Girl, I love you! I’m so lucky to have you in my life. I am so excited to watch you take on the world and be a “healer” like your mom. You are sunshine, love and courage. It was my great honor to take your Senior portraits.
