Taylor

Here we go again. How are we here already?! These girls are breaking my heart with how fast they are growing up! For Taylor’s Senior Portraits, we went to Juanita Bay Park for her Senior photo shoot on a sunny, summer evening and took advantage of all of the great spots there.  It is one of my favorite locations for photo shoots in Kirkland. I love the boardwalks and, in the summer, the beautiful tall grasses that catch the sun as it sets into Lake Washington.

I’ve known Taylor and her family her whole life, been photographing her her whole life! From lemonade stands to talent shows, sleepovers to movie night, card games to driveway HORSE, from water balloon fights to front porch popsicles…the list goes on and on. We will not move out of our ‘hood because of the people here and we will not leave our house because of Taylor’s family. It’s just the way it is! They’re stuck with us!

Taking Taylor’s Senior pictures was as much fun as it was bittersweet!  A natural model, as you can see, she went from being nervous and worried about her shoot to, at the end, asking if I ever need models to give her a shout! Um, yes, you beautiful girl! Anytime!

Her family added a “Sibling Add-On” to the Senior Portrait Package and as you can see, they are all stunners!  An Add-On Session is a great way to record your family’s history at this important time of transition. The family or siblings meet us before, during or after the Senior Portrait Session to get shots as a family. If you’re interested in learning more about an Add-on, follow this link.

Taylor, you big hearted, fierce girl, it is an honor knowing you and being in your life. I love you.
